Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from aayta.com, operated by Sitasiya Rao Heritage Private Limited (details above).

Our pieces. Each saree is photographed and described as accurately as we can. Handwork carries natural variation, and screen colour may differ slightly from the cloth.

Prices. In Indian rupees, inclusive of GST. We may correct a clear pricing error before dispatch; if we do, we’ll offer you the corrected price or a full refund.

Orders. An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline an order, for example if the piece has already sold; if so, you’re refunded in full.

Payment. Processed securely by Razorpay.

Shipping, returns and cancellation. As set out in our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Cancellation policies.

Content. All photographs and text on this site belong to Sitasiya Rao Heritage Private Limited and may not be reused without permission.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
