Shipping policy

We ship within India only, and shipping is free on every order.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Please record a video as you open your parcel. If anything has gone wrong in transit, we’ll need it to help you.

If delivery fails. If a parcel can’t be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, because you couldn’t be reached, or because delivery was refused, we’ll attempt delivery once more at no cost. If that attempt also fails, you’ll need to arrange a courier to collect the parcel from our Mumbai address. We hold uncollected parcels for 30 days. After that the order is cancelled, and orders cancelled this way are not refunded.

If a delivery fails for reasons outside your control, we’ll put it right at our cost.
