Ivory Jamdani cotton at its most stripped-back: palm tree motifs along the border, leaf and jute figures across the pallu, and a body left almost bare.
Sand, husk and frond — a coastline in cloth.
Working in ivory and natural jute tones brings attention to texture, translucence and the small relief of the handwoven motifs rather than colour contrast. The self border keeps the palette uninterrupted, while the pallu gathers the leaf and jute forms together.

Jamdani builds motifs into fine cotton through an extra-weft technique. Here, an almost bare ivory body leaves space around palm-tree motifs at the border, before Jamdani leaves and jute forms gather more fully across the pallu.
