A peach Tussar silk Jamdani, warm and softly textured, framed by a thick blue Jamdani border.
Buttis are woven across the body, bringing small points of detail to the peach ground without disturbing its quietness.
At the pallu, the blue becomes fuller.
Floral designs spread across the pallu, turning the restrained blue border into the saree's most expressive section.
The contrast feels almost atmospheric — peach against light blue, warmth against coolness, the first colour of morning meeting the sky around it.
Tussar lends its characteristic natural slub and muted lustre to the peach ground, while the Jamdani work brings precision to its border, buttis and pallu.
Handwoven on a pit loom in Sonamukhi / Krishnabazar, Bankura, West Bengal, with a supplied weaving time of approximately one month.
A plain light blue Tussar silk blouse piece completes the saree.

The saree is handwoven in Tussar silk and carries Jamdani detailing created through extra-weft work. Slight variations in the natural Tussar texture, buttis, floral motifs, border, weave and colour may occur and are characteristic of handcrafted textiles.
